Musical Bestiary

Birds that sing, insects that buzz and creatures that take shape through instruments: welcome to the Musical Bestiary! Can music have paws, wings… or even whiskers? Prepare to plunge into this Musical Bestiary, where composers such as Saint-Saëns, Prokofiev, Messiaen, Rimsky-Korsakov and Sibelius brought animals of every kind to life. Each piece invites us to imagine, play and recreate the sounds, movements and personalities of these creatures. In your Sound Logbook you can record the animals you discover and invent musical animals of your own.
