Full description from the source

A workshop of poetic creation and experimentation in dialogue with the works on display, in which participants explore the spoken word and silence, rhythm and emotion, the voice, the gesture and the poetic body. From the meeting of gaze, memory and imagination, relationships are traced between the visible and the invisible, the intimate and the collective, the ephemeral and the eternal. The process culminates in a performative sharing with the public, turning the gallery into a space of resonance where poetry becomes a lens for widening the ways we see, feel and (re)inhabit space and time. Poetry in the Gallery Poetry in the Gallery is a series of poetry workshops led by established poets, designed to offer deeper spaces for experimenting with the spoken and written word in close relationship with the works of art on display at the CAM. Each workshop ends with a Poetry in the Gallery moment, in which the young poets speak their poems beside the works that inspired them, appearing unannounced before the visitors present. Registration opening soon.
